Modern life is sat. Office chairs, car seats, sofas, planes — most of the hours we spend awake, we spend sitting. Even the best ergonomic chair is a static object holding a body that isn't.
Songo Labs builds the layer between the chair and you — sensing, deciding, gently moving — so the body gets what it needs without you having to think about it.

Our story
Songo Labs was started by a group of engineers and designers who had spent the better part of a decade building pressure-sensing systems for car seats — places where comfort, posture, and safety meet at millimeter precision.
We kept noticing that the same technology, refined enough, could do for the office chair what it had done for the driver's seat: understand who is sitting on it, and respond. So we left, and built Songo Labs around that idea.
Today we are a small team focused on a single product, Songo SIT°, with backing from a home-comfort partner that has shipped 1.5 million units and clinical guidance from a senior spine surgeon. We expect to launch publicly in 2026.
